We process student academic data to verify results and deliver rewards. Parents control Hall of Fame photo consent.
What we collect
Parent contact details, child name / class / school, report card images, OCR-extracted grades, bank details for payouts, and optional communication preferences.
Legal basis
Processing is based on parent consent (NDPR) collected at registration, plus legitimate interest in fraud prevention and reward fulfilment.
Hall of Fame photos
Public listing requires explicit photo / publicity consent. You can change this anytime under My Children.
Your rights
Access, correction, and withdrawal of consent (may limit rewards or public recognition). Contact support via WhatsApp or the admin support desk.
